CFIDS/Fibromyalgia Self-Help - This website offers a self help course for CFIDS/Fibromyalgia, which I personally have taken. It has been a great help in finding ways to cope with chronic illness. It also gets you in touch with others in the same place you are and let's you know, you are NOT alone.

Beyond Affliction - This website is owned by a very dear friend of mine.  She was the person who was instrumental in helping me get to the right doctor who then gave me my diagnoses, after years of thinking I was going nuts.  Her website should bring encouragement and blessing to your life in the midst of affliction.

CFIDS Association of America - Another great resource for sufferers of CFIDS and Fibromyalgia.

Optimal Wellness Center - Subscribe to Dr. Mercola's email newsletter.  He has a unique approach to wellness using the foods you eat.  Very interesting stuff.

Daily Pain Diary Worksheet - This is a detailed pain worksheet so that you can keep track of your daily pain.  You can use these to take to the doctor, so that you can have an accurate charting of your pain.

Humorous Links - Laughter is the best medicine, so get a few chuckles from some of the links listed at this site.

Coping With Fibromyalgia - This is an excellent study course that you can take right over the internet.  The information is fabulous, and you will learn a lot about Fibromyalgia, if that is your chronic illness.

MS Moms - This site was started by Lorna Moorhead, a good friend of mine with Multiple Sclerosis.  There is tons of information on this site about MS.  Lorna has also written a book entitled Coffee in the Cereal - The First Year with Multiple Sclerosis.
